Although membership is small, regular fun days, educational clinics and accredited quarter horse shows are held regularly at the grounds during the cooler months of the year.

CQQHA is a family orientated, competitor and spectator friendly club who welcomes anyone who wishes to participate in any way. Members do not have to own a Quarter horse to be a member or to compete in any of the ridden events. CQQHA also provide Halter classes for Appaloosa's, Paints, other registered breeds and also make provision for unregistered horses.
Club members range from young children through to over 50's who all embrace the Western style of riding and competing. Amongst our membership ranks we have AQHA breeders, Trainers, Judges and members who also hold office with other Western Horse Associations.
Monthly Quarter Horse accredited "A" class shows are held at the home grounds at Quarter Park between the months of March and October each year whenever possible. CQQHA also have educational clinics and free fun days which are open to anyone including non-members.
